Privacy

• Your account: email address, the builder name you pick, and your character. Passwords are stored scrambled (hashed) by our sign-in provider; we never see them.
• If you continue with Google: your name and email address from Google. Nothing else from your Google account.
• Your learning: lessons finished, review answers, your house, Coffee Beans and settings.
• The waitlist: if you join it before we open, just your email address and the day you joined. We use it to send one email when the doors open, and every email has a link to take you off the list.
• If you link a Discord account (members 18 and over only): your Discord user ID and display name, and, if you boost our Discord server, the date the boost started and ended, so we can say thank you on your lot. Unlinking from Account settings removes all of it.
• Purchases: what plan you're on. Card details go straight to our payment provider and never touch our servers.

Supabase (accounts and database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (sign-in, reset and waitlist emails) and, once paid plans open, our payment provider. They only process data to provide their service to us.

We use a sign-in cookie so you stay logged in, and your browser's storage to keep your progress fast. No advertising cookies.

YattaHouse is for learners aged 13 and up. The site has no chat, messaging or voice between learners. Our Discord server is for members aged 18 and up only.

You can change your name, email and password in Account settings, choose whether you appear on Hana's weekly Discord board, or email hello@yattahouse.com to get a copy of your data or have your account deleted.
